CONDITIONS
Società di Passione develops unique and tailor made experiences for their members and prospect members. Every experience is for a very limited number of people (average between 20-25 pax). The experiences of Società di Passione (SDP) are a tailor made combination of ultimate services andproducts designed for members and prospect members. All our experiences are developed by Società di Passione and produced by our partner ANDIAMO!Services to guarantee the ultimate quality and security. They are member of SITE and MPI and work and have worked for major companies in the world like Unilever, BASF, FIAT, Heineken, IBM, McKinsey, Nokia, Philips, PWC.
PAYMENT - We require a 75% deposit in order to confirm your reservation. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). The remaining balance (25%) will be due 45 days before the start of the experience. For reservations made within 45 days of the start of the experience full payment is required. We do prefer payments by bank account. For payment by credit card we use a surcharge of 5%.
CANCELLATION -For every experience we require a minimum of reservations of 70% of the maximum possible guests. In case we don’t reach this percentage we are entitled to cancel the experience. Pre payments will be restituted within 30 days of the cancellation date. For every reservation we will invoice our participants by mail and by post. If participants for whatever reason have to cancel their reservation we have to charge as follows.
. Prior to 90 days before start date: Refund, less 25% of total cost, net of Tickets;
. Prior to 60 days before start date: Refund, less 50% of total cost, net of Tickets;
. Prior to 45 days before start date: Refund, less 75% of total cost, net of Tickets;
. Less than 45 days before start date: No refunds.
EVENT CANCELLATION - Cancellations of the experience due to extreme weather conditions, terrorist attacks or war are not refundable. SDP will try to give an alternative for the experience it possible or refund a part of the payment depending on the caused damage.
PROPERTY RENTAL -Must be paid in full 60 days before start date. For any reservation followed by a cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable. Any and all funds paid are non-refundable if cancellation is given with less than 60 days of start date. Clients must exercise care and respect for therented properties and will be held responsible by the owner for any damage to the property. In some cases the owner will require a security deposit, to be paid on arrival and settled on departure along with other utilities.
PASSPORT & VISA - All customers must possess a valid passport and/or any visas or special travel documents that can be used a proof of citizenship. SDP accepts no liability for clients improperly documented. TRAVEL INSURANCE To cover costs associated with your reservation, SDP encourages you to consider purchasing a travel insurance policy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS -Confirmation and payment of any reservation constitutes acceptance of the financial agreements between SDP and the client and the provisions of this agreement are in effect. SDP is acting as an experience company responsible for arranging reservations forthe services as outlined in the offer. All suppliers providing transportation, guided tours, and lodging for SDP are not associated with, nor are they employees of SDP.SDP assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss, whether to person or property, arising from, but not limited to, injury, accident, death, delay, alteration or inconvenience, by whatever cause, including airline scheduling, default, strike, terrorism, war, hostility, civil disturbance, quarantine, or resulting directly or indirectly from any other acts of nature. Under no circumstances is SDP to be construed as a common carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger or his/her baggage and personal belongings.
